By Aaron
Rain rarely falls on the Navajo Nation. Several times a year, however, storms burst from the northern Arizona skies and sculpt the sandstone of Antelope Canyon.

About / Ruminations
Ruminations is a reader-supported magazine that focuses on the craft of superior, persuasive, raw writing and visually audacious art. We’re hungry for great style, compelling stories, evocative prose and poetry, and sublime artwork that reverberates. We’re open to any genre. We especially like topsy-turvy, carnivalesque, whimsical pieces that punch up, mock, and denounce the rich and powerful (we’re not fans of works that punch down).
Submissions
We welcome poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and visual art. Editors read submissions anonymously, and every writer receives a response.
